- I would describe myself as an orienteer, however in recent years I have been concentrating on other forms of running, from track to trail. Orginally I am from Northern Ireland but now I am living in Las Palmas (Gran Canaria, Spain). I have set up this blog to inform English speakers about running/ training opportunities on the Canary Islands.
